摘 要:以铝板为阳极进行电絮凝试验,研究电流密度、电解时间、污水pH等对电絮凝的影响,并分析最佳工作条件。结果表明,电流密度为6 mA/cm^2,电解时间9 min,污水pH为6~8,是去除浊度的最佳工作条件。各影响因素下,电絮凝出水铝残留量、总余氯量、pH变化量、电导率变化量等不会对后续生化处理产生不利影响。Electrocoagulation experiments were carried out with aluminum anode,and studied the influence of current density,reaction time,and pH on electrocoagulation,meanwhile studied the optimum working conditions.Results showed that when current density was 6 mA/cm 2,reaction time was 9 min,pH was 6~8,which were the optimum working conditions in electrocoagulation process of turbidity removal.The aluminum residue,total residual chlorine,pH difference,and conductivity difference of effluent would not be harmful to the subsequent biochemical treatment at all factors.
