摘  要:从SAPO-34分子筛在甲醇制低碳烯烃过程中(MTO)的催化作用及失活机理出发,分析了影响SAPO-34分子筛催化性能的重要因素,在调节活性位和改善传质两方面综述了近年来在提高SAPO-34分子筛MTO催化单程寿命和双烯选择性方面的研究进展,并对未来高性能SAPO-34分子筛合成的发展进行展望。The important influencing factors on the catalytic performance of SAPO-34 molecular sieve for conversion of methanol to light olefins(MTO)are analyzed based on its MTO catalytic mechanism and deactivation reasons.The ways of increasing the lifetime and the yields of ethylene plus propylene in the MTO reaction of SAPO-34 molecular sieve are reviewed from adjusting its acidity and improving the mass transfer.Then,the development trends of synthesis of SAPO-34 molecular sieve with excellent MTO performance in future are also prospected.
