摘 要:采用离子色谱法与离子计法测定血液透析浓缩液中氯离子的含量。以SH离子柱为色谱柱,以2 mmol/L Na_2CO_3和10 mmol/L NaHCO_3为流动相,流速1.5 mL/min,进样量为25μL,检测器为电导检测器。离子色谱法与离子计法分别在5~25 mg/L、600~3 000 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999;平均加标回收率分别为99.67%,97.01%,RSD均小于2.0%。结果表明,两种方法均能快速、准确的测定血液透析浓缩液中氯离子的含量,且两者的测定结果无显著性差异。To determine the content of chloride in hemodialysis concentrate by ion chromatogramphy or ion meter.Ion chromatography was performed with SH ion column under 2 mmol/L Na 2CO 3 and 10 mmol/L NaHCO 3 as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.5 mL/min.The injection volume was 25μL and the detection was conductivity detector.Determination of chloride in hemodialysis concentrate all showed good linear relationship by ion chromatogramphy at the range of 5~25 mg/L or ion meter at the range of 600~3 000 mg/L,correlation coefficient“r”was all above 0.999.The rate of average addition standard recovery was 99.67%and 97.01%respectively,and the RSD was all less than 2.0%.The results show that both methods can determine the content of chloride in hemodialysis concentrate quickly and accurately and the results of the two methods show no significant difference.
