精细化护理质量管理模式在中西医结合手术室的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨精细化护理质量管理模式在中西医结合手术室临床质量管理中的应用效果。方法我科自2015年1月实施精细化护理质量管理，收集2014年1月至2015年12月的临床质量相关数据，并分为实施前与实施后2组。比较2组的临床效果。患者、手术医生满意度比较采用秩和检验，手术室护理缺陷发生率及精密仪器维修率采用卡方检验。结果患者对手术室护理质量满意度实施前和实施后分别为89.8%和98.52%，手术医生对手术室护士行为满意度实施前和实施后分别为72.26%和98.39%，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05)。护理缺陷实施前和实施后为2.12%和0.61%，精密仪器维修率实施前和实施后为1.01%和0.17%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05)。结论通过精细化护理质量管理，加强全科护士各方面培训，连接现代护理与中医护理同步并进，利于提高手术室综合护理质量和手术安全性。Objective To investigate the effect of detailed nursing-quality management model(DNM)on the clinical quality in the operation-room department of an integrated traditional-Chinese and Western medicine hospital.Methods Our department began to implement DNM since January2015.This study retrospectively collected the related data between January2014and December2015,which were further divided into two groups,before DNM group(B group)and post DNM group(P group),according to time related to DNM.The satisfaction rates were compared with the rank sum test.The incidence of maintenance rate of precision instrument and the mal-performance rate of nurse were compared using chi square test.Results Patients’satisfaction rate to the nursing quality in B group was89.8%,and improved to98.52%in P group;As to the surgeon,the satisfaction rate for nurses were72.26%and98.39%pre and post the implementation respectively.The satisfaction rates of anesthesiologist to nurse before and after the implementation were87.5%and95.83%respectively.The differences in these groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Nurse’s mal-performance were2.12%and0.61%in B group and P group respectively.Precision instrument maintenance rate were1.01%and0.17%in B group and P group respectively and all with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through detailed nursing-quality management,strengthening the whole-aspect-nurse training,optimizing the nursing service,synchronization and system integration of the modern Western nursing with the traditional Chinese medicine nursing significantly improved the quality of operation room management and operation safety.
