宫腔镜下不同手术方式对子宫内膜息肉切除术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 评价使用宫腔镜实施的手术治疗子宫内膜息肉的疗效。方法选取2014年1月~2016年1月来医院就医的子宫内膜息肉病人200例，采取随机抽样方法分为2组，2组病人分别进行不同的宫腔镜手术，甲组使用宫腔镜息肉剪刀切除手术，乙组使用宫腔镜息肉电切手术，统计并比较2组病人的手术时间、术中出血量、术中术后并发症、住院时间、术后症状改善情况、术后复发率、术后妊娠率等情况。结果甲、乙2组手术时间分别为15±3.2min、20±3.5min，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而2组在住院天数、术中出血量、术中术后并发症发生率、复发率、术后症状改善及术后妊娠率等方面比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于子宫内膜息肉患者使用宫腔镜下剪刀切除术与电切术疗效无明显差异，但宫腔镜下剪刀切除术手术时间短，术中术后并发症发生率低，值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the curative effect of hysteroscopy surgery for the endometrial polyp.Methods Select200patients with endometrial polyps in hospital in January2014to January2016.They are divided into two groups,and they take respectively different hysteroscopy surgery.The group A operates on hysteroscopy scissors polyp resection,the group B operates on hysteroscopic polypectomy surgery.Statistics and compare the intraoperative and postoperative situation of two groups of patients.Results There are operation time,amount of bleeding during operation,complication,length of stay,recurrence rate and pregnancy rate.The time of surgery of group A is15+3.2min,group B is20+3.5min.The recurrence was not significant about amount of bleeding during operation,complication,length of stay,recurrence rate and pregnancy rate(P>0.05).Conclusion The recurrence was not significant with hysteroscopy scissors polyp resection and hysteroscopic polypectomy surgery for the endometrial polyp patients.But the time of surgery of hysteroscopy scissors polyp resection is shorter than another,and the postoperative complication is lower than another.The surgery of hysteroscopy scissors polyp resection is worth for the clinic.
