摘　　要：舒张性心力衰竭是一种慢性心血管疾病，发病率可达心力衰竭的20%~60%。随着社会老龄化发展，舒张性心力衰竭发病率逐年升高，严重影响患者的身心健康，缩短其生命期限。高血压是引起舒张性心力衰竭形成及发展的主要危险因素，故临床上需要有效针对高血压患者进行预防治疗，以降低舒张性心力衰竭发病几率，增强治疗效果。本文通过对高血压引起舒张性心力衰竭主要致病机制及临床治疗进行综述，以总结出有效的防治手段。Diastolic heart failure is a chronic cardiovascular disease with an incidence of20%~60%of heart failure.With the development of social aging,the incidence of diastolic heart failure increases year by year,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients and shortens their life span.Hypertension is caused by diastolic heart failure and formation of main risk factor for the development of the clinical effective preventive treatment for hypertensive patients,in order to reduce the incidence of diastolic heart failure,enhance the therapeutic effect.This article summarized the main pathogenesis and clinical treatment of diastolic heart failure caused by hypertension,and summarized the effective prevention and treatment measures.
