改良性超生乳化手术治疗高度近视合并白内障的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的 观察改良性超生乳化手术治疗高度近视合并白内障的临床效果。方法本次选取我院2016年3月25日～2017年4月25日住院部收治的高度近视合并白内障患者40例；将其按照随机抽取的方式分为2组，观察组20例采用改良性超生乳化手术，对照组20例采用常规性超生乳化手术治疗。观察2组患者的临床总有效率、角膜内皮计数、并发症。结果观察组患者的临床总有效率95.00%高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的并发症（角膜水肿1例、黄斑水肿0例、晶状体后囊膜破裂0例、眼睫状沟固定人工晶体0例）低于对照组（P＜0.05）；且观察组患者的角膜内皮计数（术前2612.12±571.25mm2、术后1周2506.11±525.11mm2、术后1个月2472.65±515.42mm2、术后3个月2512.66±536.14mm2）与对照组对比，观察组明显处于优势（P＜0.05）。结论采用改良性超生乳化手术治疗高度近视合并白内障具有显著的临床效果，可以有效的减少乳化术能量对角膜内皮和晶状体后囊膜造成的损伤，从而降低术后并发症发生率，临床上值得推广和应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified benign emulsification in the treatment of high myopia with cataract.Methods Forty patients with high myopia with cataract were enrolled in our hospital from March25to20,2021,2019,and were randomly divided into two groups:observation group(Modified benign emulsification surgery),the control group-20cases(conventional supernatal emulsification surgery);observation of two groups of patients with clinical total effective rate,corneal endothelium count,complications.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was95.00%higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complications of the observation group(1case of corneal edema,0cases of macular edema,0cases of posterior capsule rupture,(P<0.05).The corneal endothelium of the patients was significantly higher than that of the control group(2612.12±571.25mm2,2506.11±525.11mm2at1week,2472.65±515.42Mm2,postoperative3months2512.66±536.14mm2)compared with the control group,the observation group was significantly superior(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of modified ultrasonography in the treatment of high myopia with cataract has a significant clinical effect,can effectively reduce the energy of the corneal endothelium and lens after the capsule caused by injury,thereby reducing the incidence of postoperative complications,clinically worth Promotion and application.
