不同检测方法计数血小板的准确性评价

摘  要:目的 探讨不同检测方法用于血小板(PLT)计数的准确性,通过评价其准确性为临床PLT计数提供参考。方法选取2015年6月~2016年8月我院血液科的120份血液标本,将其随机分为4份,各30份,分别用显微镜计数法、光学法、荧光法和阻抗法计数其血小板,并分别与参考方法进行对比,分析不同检测方法计数PLT的准确性。结果显微镜计数法和阻抗法计数PLT与参考方法相比相关性较差(r<0.9),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);光学法和荧光法计数PLT与参考方法相比相关性较高(r﹥0.9),差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论光学法和荧光法用于PLT计数的准确性高于显微镜计数法和阻抗法,因此在临床中PLT计数时可以用光学法和荧光法进行复检,保证PLT计数的准确性。Objective To investigate the different monitoring methods for platelet(PLT)count accuracy,through the evaluation of the accurate to provide the reference for clinical PLT count.Methods From June2015to August2016in our hospital department of Hematology120platelets were randomly divided into4copies,30copies each,respectively by microscopic counting method,optical method.The fluorescence and the platelet count impedance method,and compared with the reference method respectively,accuracy analysis of different monitoring methods of counting PLT.Results The microscopic counting method and impedance PLT counting and reference method compared to poor correlation(r<0.9),the difference Wasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05);optical method and fluorescence PLT counting and reference method compared to high correlation(r>0.9),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The accuracy of PLT is higher than that of counting microscope counting method and impedance method,so in clinical PLT count can be inspected by optical method and fluorescence method,ensure the accuracy of the count of PLT.
