摘　　要：目的 探讨将科室小教员代入护理操作规范化培训的实践效果。方法自2014年开始，针对24项常用护理操作技术，选拔科室小教员进行培训，并实施规范化管理，以点带面，再完成全院护理人员的操作规范化培训。结果经过3年规范化培训及考核，提高了全院护理人员整体操作水平，提高了护理安全质量，提高了患者的满意度。Objective To investigate the department small faculty into the practice of nursing procedures standardized training effect.Methods Since2014,according to24common nursing technical operation,selection of small department faculty training,and implementation of standardized management,to point with surface,to complete operations standardization of floor care staff training.Results After3years of standardization training and examination,improve the whole operation level and partial nursing staff,improve the quality of nursing safety and improve the patients'satisfaction
