人脐带间充质干细胞治疗难治性肾病的护理体会

摘　　要：目的 探讨人脐带间充质干细胞输注治疗难治性肾病的护理体会。方法对我科7例难治性肾病患者应用人脐带间充质干细胞输注治疗，观察疗效及不良反应，进行整理分析。结果7例患者均无不良反应发生，大部分患者病情有不同程度的好转或病情减缓。结论人脐带间充质干细胞治疗护理重点为治疗前的知识宣教和相关准备工作；治疗中监测生命体征，严密观察有无输液反应并及时处理；治疗后重视指导及随访。Objective To summarize the nursing experience of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell infusion for the treatment of refractory nephropathy.Methods Seven cases in our hospital patients with refractory nephropathy with human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells infusion therapy,observe the efficacy and adverse reactions,carries on the reorganization analysis.Results All the seven patients had no adverse reactions occur,most patients have different degrees of improvement.Conclusion The key points of nursing for human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells are knowledge education before treatment and the relevant preparatory work;monitoring of vital signs in the treatment,close observation and timely treatment transfusion reaction;pay attention to guidance and follow-up after treatment.
