摘　　要：目的:通过回顾性分析来评估显微镜下精索静脉结扎术(microsurgical subinguinal varicocelectomy,MSV)对治疗精索静脉曲张(varicocele,VC)合并男性不育和阴囊疼痛症状的临床效果。方法:顺序收集125例接受MSV手术的VC伴发男性不育和/或阴囊疼痛的患者,对比其治疗前后的精液质量、配偶自然受孕率和疼痛评分结果,观察随访术后并发症及复发率。结果:VC合并男性不育患者术后精液质量有显著改善,主要表现为精子浓度和前向精子数量的增加,精液质量改善率约67.1%,配偶自然受孕率为26.6%。VC合并阴囊疼痛患者术后症状缓解率为94.7%。结论:MSV手术可明显改善精液质量及阴囊疼痛症状,同时术后复发率低,并发症少,适合在临床推广。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Microsurgical Subinguinal Varicocelectomy(MSV)for the treatment of Varicocele(VC)patients complicated with male infertility and scrotal pain through the retrospective analysis.Methods:To collect 125 VC complicated with male infertility and scrotal pain patients who had underwent MSV operation,and comparing the semen quality,spouse natural pregnancy rate and scrotal pain score results before and after operation,the observation of complications and recurrence rate were also followed up.Results:The semen quality of VC complicated with male infertility patients improved significantly after the MSV operation,mainly the sperm density and sperm forward motility increased,the semen quality improvement rate was 67.1%,the spouse spontaneous pregnancy rate was 26.6%.The symptom relief rate of VC patients complicated with scrotal pain was 94.7%.Conclusions:The MSV operation can significantly improve the semen quality,and relief the symptoms of scrotal pain,at the sametime,which also have low recurrence rate and less complications.The MSV operation is suitable for clinical promotion.
