经皮椎体成形术与非手术方式治疗中老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探究中老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者应用经皮椎体成形术与非手术方式治疗的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析90例中老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者的临床病历资料,按照治疗方式的不同分为观察组(n=45)和对照组(n=45)。分别对治疗前及后VAS评分、损伤椎体的远期相对前缘高度以及临床疗效进行对比分析。结果:治疗后,所有患者的VAS均改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组椎体远期丢失高度与对照组比较更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经皮椎体成形手术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折能够有效避免损伤椎体的压缩,缓解椎体疼痛症状,疗效确切,值得推广。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of percutaneous vertebroplasty and non-surgical treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in the elderly.Methods:90 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were retrospectively analyzed,according to the treatment number the patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=45)and the observation group(n=45).The VAS score,the relative forward anterior height of the injured vertebral body and the clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the long-term loss of the injured vertebrae in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures can effectively avoid the compression of vertebral compression,relieve pain symptoms,which is effective and worthy of promotion.
