摘　　要：目的:探讨造口循证护理对直肠癌Miles术患者造口性皮炎及生活质量的影响。方法:选取50例采用造口循证护理的直肠癌Miles术患者为观察组,40例同期收治的采用常规护理的直肠癌Miles术患者为对照组。比较两组造口适应情况、造口性皮炎情况以及生活质量。结果:观察组术后3个月在身体素质、心理素质、社会交往等方面的造口适应能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后3个月的造口性皮炎的发生率低于对照组,严重程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后3个月的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:造口循证护理能够提高直肠癌Miles术患者造口的适应性,减少造口性皮炎的发生,改善生活质量。Objective:To investigate the influence of stoma evidence-based nursing on stoma dermatitis and quality of life in patients with rectal cancer patients with Miles.Methods:50 cases of rectal cancer patients with Miles by stoma evidence-based nursing selected as the observation group.40 cases of rectal cancer patients with Miles by routine nursing were selected as the control group.The stoma adaptation,stoma dermatitis and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:3 months after the operation,the scores of physical fitness,psychological quality and social intercourse in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after the operation,the incidence of stoma dermatitis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the severity was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score after 3 months in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Stoma evidence-based nursing can improve the stoma adaptability of rectal cancer patients with Miles,reduce the occurrence of stoma dermatitis and improve the quality of life.
