稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗扩张型心肌病室性期前收缩的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗扩张型心肌病室性期前收缩的临床疗效。方法选取2015年7月—2017年6月新桥医院心内科和江津佳华医院内二科收治的扩张型心肌病室性期前收缩患者68例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组34例。对照组患者予以美托洛尔治疗,观察组患者予以稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗;两组患者均连续治疗30d。比较两组患者临床疗效,并观察两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗扩张型心肌病室性期前收缩的临床疗效确切,且安全性好。Objective To study the clinical effects of wenxin particle and metoprolol in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy and ventricular extrasystole.Methods A total of68patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and ventricular extrasystole were selected in the Jihua Hospital,Jiangjin District,Chongqing from July2015to June2017,they were dividren into control group and observation group,each of34case.Control group were given metoprolol treatment,observation group were given wenxin particle and metoprolol treatment;both groups were treated with continuous treatment of30d.Clinical effect was compared between the two groups,adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results Clinical effect of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenxin particle and metoprolol has certain clinical effect in dilated cardiomyopathy and ventricular extrasystole,and it's safe.
