肿瘤患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管置管渗血原因及临床护理方法分析

摘　　要：目的分析肿瘤患者PICC置管渗血原因及临床护理方法。方法选取2016年8月—2017年1月于广西省柳州市工人医院肿瘤科进行PICC置管化疗的肿瘤患者80例,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组40例。记录两组患者行PICC置管后并发症发生情况及穿刺部位渗血情况,比较两组患者止血总有效率;比较两组患者采取不同止血方法对肢体的影响;采用问卷调查的方式收集两组患者对止血护理效果的满意度评价。结果所有患者行PICC置管后均产生不同程度的并发症;试验组患者止血总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者穿刺肢端缺血、穿刺肢端麻木、穿刺部位肿胀的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者对止血护理效果的总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PICC置管穿刺部位渗血率发生较高,采用气囊式创口贴止血护理效果良好,能有效减少患者局部渗血量,改善患者预后,值得推广。Objective To analyze the causes of bleeding and clinical nursing of PICC catheter in patients with cancer.Methods From August2016to January2017,a total of80patients with PICC catheterized chemotherapy were selected in the Liu zhou Worker's Hospital Oncology,and they were randomly divided into control group and test group,40cases in each group.The complication and perforation of PICC catheter were recorded in two groups.The total effective rate of hemostasis was compared between the two groups.The effects of different hemostatic methods on limbs were compared between two groups.Two groups were collected by questionnaire patient satisfaction with hemostatic care rating.Results All patients had different degrees of complication after PICC catheterization.The total effective rate of hemostasis in the test group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the test group,the limbs were punctured,the numbness was punctured,and the puncture point was swollen,the incidence of these symptoms were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients inthe test group with hemostatic care was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PICC catheter puncture site occurrence of high bleeding rate,the use of balloon wound paste hemostatic nursing effect is good,can effectively reduce the amount of local patients with oozing and improve the prognosis of patients,it is worth promoting.
