摘 要:以某型有叶扩压器离心压气机为研究对象,基于CFD软件CFX,选择标准k-ε湍流模型,对压气机进行三维非定常流场计算。在流场内设置静压监测点,分析流场内非定常流动规律,提取压气机达到稳定运行状态的压力脉动数据进行频域特性分析,预测噪声源主要位置及噪声类型。分析得到由动叶尾迹与静子相互干涉引起的离散噪声为主要噪声源,叶尖不规则运动引起的流动压力脉动对整机噪声贡献较小。Based on CFD software CFX,the centrifugal compressor with vaned diffuser was chosen as the research object.The three-dimensional unsteady flow was calculated with standard k-εas the turbulence model.With static pressure monitoring points established,the three-dimensional unsteady flow under the steady state of operation was analyzed to extract the pressure fluctuation data.The frequencydomain analysis was done to forecast the main location and the main type of the noise.The results show that the discrete noise caused by the interference between rotor wake and stator is the main noise source and the violenterratic flow at the leading edge has less contribution to the noise of the machine.
