摘　　要：为实现"智慧海淀"的总体要求,北京市海淀区组织研究和建设了快速、合理、实时的住房配租系统。本文在详细分析现状和系统需求的基础上,以房源基础数据维护子系统、公租房实时配租子系统为核心,构建起系统总体逻辑架构,开发建设海淀区公共租赁住房实时配租系统,实现线上实时配租,大大提高了房源周转率、利用率,优化公共租赁住房配租工作模式,为后期住房保障政策体系提供实时的数据支撑。In order to achieve the construction of"wisdom Haidian"the overall requirements,research and development of fast,reasonable,real-time housing with rent system.Based on the detailed analysis of present situation and system requirements,this paper takes the real estate as the basic data maintenance subsystem,real estate real estate with real estate system and real estate with real estate system as the core of the rental system.Build the overall system logic structure through the pre-status and needs analysis.To develop and build Haidian District public rental housing real-time rental system.It ultimately real-time online with rent and greatly improve the housing turnover rate,utilization and optimize the public rental housing with rent work model for the late housing security policy system to provide real-time data support.
