摘  要:缓倾斜破碎薄矿体具有倾角缓、厚度薄及矿体和顶板破碎的特点,是地下开采中典型的难采矿体之一。鑫汇金矿Ⅰ号脉为倾角25°、厚度0.63~6.14 m、中间厚两翼薄的缓倾斜破碎薄矿体。针对其复杂的矿体形态和不同区域的围岩稳固性,对采场进行了合理分区,设计不同布置形式的上向水平进路充填采矿法和多种顶板支护方式。在为期4个月的工业试验中,取得了较好的经济技术指标:采场生产能力46.46 t/d,矿石贫化率13.51%,采矿损失率3.68%。该采矿方法应用效果较为理想,保证了采场的稳定与安全,可为同行在此类矿床的研究中提供借鉴。Moderately inclined broken thin ore body is one of the typical ore bodies difficult for underground mining,characterized by moderate dip angles,thinness and broken ore bodies and roofs.OrebodyⅠin Xinhui Gold Mine is a moderately inclined broken thin ore body with dig angle25°,thickness0.63-6.14m,thick center and thin wings.In light of the fact that the ore body morphology and the wall rock stability in different sections vary,the paper sectioned the stope in a reasonable way,designed in different layouts the upward horizontal approach and fill mining method as well as many roof supporting manners.In a4-month industrial test,the technology achieved good economic index:the stope production capacity is46.46t/d,ore dilution rate13.51%and mining loss rate3.68%.The method has satisfactory application outcome,guarantees stope stability and safety and can be used as reference by peers for the mining of similar ore bodies.
