摘  要:切割天井是矿块采准切割的关键工程,也是采准切割工程中的难点,相比其他掘进施工方法,中深孔爆破一次成井法是切割天井安全快速掘进的有效途径。锦丰金矿在分段分条充填采矿法采场切割井掘进中采用中深孔爆破一次成井技术,7空孔掏槽方式创造自由面,分段装药,微差起爆,成功完成了切割天井的掘进工作。工程实践表明,中深孔爆破一次成井技术作业环境安全,可以有效减少人工作业量,节约施工成本,对实现强化开采具有重要意义。Cut raise is a key project as well as a challenge in the ore block preparation cutting project.Compared to other excavation construction methods,the shaft-sinking-by-single-medium-long-hole-blasting technique is an effective way to safely and quickly cut raise.The technique is employed by Jinfeng Gold Mine in its section and stripe filling method to excavate the stope cut raise.By boring7empty holes to create free faces,staged charging and short-delay detonation,cut raise excavation is successfully completed.Engineering practice shows that the shaft-sinking-by-single-medium-long-hole-blasting technique renders safe operation environment,can reduce labor intensity,saves construction cost and is significant for enhanced mining.
