摘  要:针对某矿山采用上向进路充填采矿法开采过程中存在的充填料浆自流坡度较大、接顶率不高的问题,基于浆体流态及水力学理论,提出了等量分流技术来改善充填采场沿长度方向的强度不均匀性和表面自流坡度。根据现场工业试验,充填体自流坡度由5.0%降低为3.2%,接顶率由45%提高至56%,接顶效果良好,可为同类型矿山提供借鉴经验。A mine uses upward approach and filling mining method but the problems occurs that the filling slurry has large self-flow gradient and that the roof connection rate is poor.In light of those problems,the paper based on pulp flow state and hydraulic theories proposed equivalent streaming technology to make up to the inhomogeneous distribution of filling body strength along the length direction and the self-flow gradient.According to the field industrial test results,the filling body self-flow gradient decreased from5.0%to3.2%and the roof connection rate increased from45%to56%,which is good.The study can be used as reference by similar mines.
