摘 要:针对某碳质微细粒金矿石高碳、低硫、金嵌布粒度微细等性质,进行了原矿全泥氰化浸出、强化浸金、预处理—氰化炭浸、单一浮选及浮选—焙烧—氰化炭浸等选冶工艺探索试验研究。结果表明:原矿浮选碳—高碳含金产品焙烧—焙砂与浮尾合并氰化炭浸工艺可获得较好试验效果,在最佳试验条件下,金浸出率达80%以上;有机碳烧失量越大,金浸出率越高,说明碳质对金的浸出影响极大。A micro-granular gold ore is characterized by high carbon content,low sulfur content and micro-fine granular gold embedding.According to these properties,the paper carried out exploratory tests on the metallurgical processes to treat the ore,including crude ore all-sliming cyanidation leaching,intensified leaching,pretreatment-cyanidation CIL,single flotation,and flotation-roasting-cyanidation CIL.The results show that the process of carbon flotation from crude ore-roasting of highly carbonaceous gold-bearing products-cyanidation CIL of roasting slag and flotation tailings can achieve good results;under the optimal conditions,gold leaching rate can reach over80%;the more organic carbon is burnt,the higher the gold leaching rate is,indicating that carbon has much to do with the gold leaching.
