摘　　要：从育种研究、种子生产现状、种业监管、种质资源保护等方面对湖南种业现状进行了剖析。通过调研,发现湖南省种业的主要问题是人才匮乏、资金投入不足、种业市场混乱、种业政策不完善、农业保险机制体制有待完善和种业生产现代化程度不高等问题,并提出了加大政府对现代种业扶持力度、加强种业人才建设力度、完善种业保险体系和完善种业监管服务体系等相应的政策建议。The present situation of Hunan seed industry is analyzed through investigating of crop seed scientific research,crop seed production,seed regulation and germplasm resource protection in Hunan Province.It shows that the main problems are lack of industrial talents,lack of capital investment,chaotic seed market,imperfect seed industry policy,incomplete agricultural insurance mechanism system,and low seed production modernization lever.According to those problems,the suggestions are proposed to promote the development of Hunan seed industry,such as giving a stronger support to crop seed industry,training more seed production and technical talents,setting up perfect insurance system and regulations for seed industry,and enlarging the abroad seed market.
