摘  要:哈得油田双台阶水平井注水开发中存在层间矛盾突出、亟需调节注水矛盾和改善指进现象的问题。对8种生物聚合物进行不同碳链(C12,C14和C16)的可控疏水化改性,合成并筛选兼具热增稠和盐增稠性能,且可用于高温、高盐条件的深部调驱聚合物材料。结果表明,质量分数1.0%的BP-14-036和BP-12-012溶液,在清水条件下的黏度为10 000 m Pa·s左右,矿化度升高至250 g/L时,黏度超过12 000 m Pa·s,具有盐增稠性能;当温度达到130℃时,质量分数1.0%的BP-14-036溶液,黏度可超过14 000 m Pa·s,具有热增稠性能。因此,制备的这2种聚合物材料,可在一定程度上,将油藏极端条件由降低调驱效果的应用阻力,扭转为改善调驱效果的有利因素。这一特点,有望从本质上解决高温高盐油田调剖调驱剂、压裂液及钻井液体系增稠性差、耐受性低的问题。Problems such as serious contradiction between layers,water injection adjustment and fingering occurred during waterflooding in the double-step horizontal wells in Hade oilfield.Controlled hydrophobic modification for different carbon chains(C12,C14 and C16)in bio-polymers was conducted for 8 biopolymers,and the biopolymers that have the characteristics of thermal thickening and salt thickening,and can be used for high-temperature high-salinity conditions for deep profile modification were composed and selected.The results showed that for the solutions of BP-14-036 and BP-12-012 with the mass fractions of 1.0%,their viscosities were about 10 000 mPa·s;when the sa-linities increased to 250 g/L,the viscosities exceeded 12 000 mPa·s,indicating the solutions were salt thickening;when the temperature reached 130℃,the viscosity of BP-14-036 solution with the mass fractions of 1.0%was over 14 000 mPa·s,indicating the solution was thermal thickening.Therefore,the 2 biopolymer solutions could transfer the extreme conditions of reservoir into the favorable factors to im-prove profile control effect to a certain extent,which could be used to solve the problems of weak thickening properties and poor tolerabili-ties of profile control and flooding agent,fracturing fluid and drilling fluid in high-temperature high-salinity oilfields.
