摘  要:为研究和抑制电流瞬变情况下锂电池自身产生的电磁干扰,在分析动力电池物理结构及其等效电路模型的基础上,建立了动力锂电池组对底盘的分布电容模型,搭建电动汽车动力电池组电磁干扰测试平台,提取并分析动力电池组在电流瞬变情况下自身产生的电磁干扰状况以及对其他回路的干扰情况。结果表明,瞬变电流使锂离子电池组产生的电磁干扰超过国家规定的车辆部件电磁标准要求,干扰抑制电路对电池组侧的干扰起到了明显的抑制效果。In order to study and restrain the electromagnetic interference caused by the lithium battery in the case of transient current,a distributed capacitance model between power lithium battery pack and chassis was built based on analyzing the structures and equivalent circuit model of lithium batteries.Research platform for interference of electric vehicle batteries was built to extract and analyze the electromagnetic interference generated by the power battery itself as well as the impacts on other electrical circuits in the condition of different current and different change frequency.The results prove that the electromagnetic interference exceeds the national standard requirements for vehicle parts.The inhibition of the circuit on the battery side of the interference plays an obvious inhibitory effect.
