摘 要:提出了使用热特性研究的方法研究动力电池快速充电性能。对比了不同充电方法下电压曲线的不同,发现充电电流越大,电池极化越严重,当在恒流充电中添加间歇或者反向脉冲时,能够一定程度上降低电池极化。使用加速绝热量热仪研究了不同充电方法下电池的温升情况,发现温升曲线能够比电压曲线更清晰地反映出不同充电方法的差异。电池的极化以及副反应的热效应都能够反映在电池充电过程中的温升曲线以及放热速率曲线中。The thermal characteristics method was applied to study the rapid charging performance of batteries.It's found that the polarization becomes more serious with the current increase by comparing the different voltage curves under different charging methods.The intermittent or reverse pulse in the charging process could reduce the polarization.Accelerating rate calorimetry(ARC)was used to study the thermal characteristics under different charging methods.The temperature rise curves could more clearly reflect the differences of different charging methods than the different voltage curves.The thermal performance curves contain the information of polarization and the side reactions,which exactly influence the performance and cycle life of batteries.
