摘  要:铜镀银编织电缆是一种新型空间太阳电池阵用电缆,电缆间的焊接采用阻熔焊焊接方式。研究了铜镀银编织电缆间焊接接头的可靠性,优化了焊接工艺参数,确定最佳焊接工艺区间。同时,对焊接接头的外观、微观形貌及原子扩散进行了分析。通过这些分析,为太阳电池阵制造提供一种新型有效的工艺方法。Silver-plated copper braided cable is a new type of cable for space solar array,and the resistance welding was used to fabricate the joints.In this paper,the reliability of the joint between silver-plated copper braided cables was studied,that is,the optimization of weld process and the assessment of the reliability.In addition,the appearance,microstructure,and atomdiffusion of the joints were analyzed.Through this analysis,a novel and effective method for manufacturing solar array was provided.
