摘  要:对一起差压保护动作后的集合式电容器进行电气和油化试验分析,并对其本体进行拆解和研究,找出故障是由于安装过程中的错误接线,导致导线过热逐渐熔断,造成一次有差电压,保护跳闸。分析了差压保护的动作情况,对该类故障的查找提出建议,供厂家和运维检修单位参考。After differential pressure protection action,this paper analyzed the electrical and oil tests of the assembled capacitors,and dismantled and studied on its noumenon.The fault was due to the false wiring in the installation process,so as to lead to the wire overheating and gradually fusing,which caused the primary differential pressure and protection tripping.Analysis was made to the action condition of differential pressure protection.This paper gave suggestions of searching this type of faults to provide references for manufacturers and maintenance personnel.
