摘  要:研究了不同DDA防老体系对V带压缩胶的老化前后物理机械性能、表观交联密度及动态生热性能的影响。结果表明,DDA的使用对压缩胶t_(10)、t_(90)的影响不大,DDA的使用使得M_H-M_L、表观交联密度所有增大。DDA的使用对压缩胶物理机械性能的影响不大,DDA的使用在100℃×24 h老化条件下对压缩胶拉伸强度性能保持率、扯断伸长率性能保持率有所提升,100%定伸应力变化率与硬度变化值相差不大,DDA/4020防老体系协同效应最佳,性能保持率最高。在100℃屈挠疲劳实验中,RD/4020防老体系性能最佳。随着100℃老化不同时间各防老体系tanδ变化呈现不同规律,在动态生热方面,RD/4020的协同效应略优于RD/DDA,优于DDA/4020与RD/4020/DDA。The effects of different DDA anti-aging system on the physical mechanical properties,apparent crosslinking density and dynamic heat-generating properties of V belt compression rubber were studied.The results showed that the use of DDA had little effect on t10and t90of the compression rubber,and the use of DDA increased the MH-ML and apparent crosslinking density.The use of DDA has little effect on the physical and mechanical properties of the compression rubber.The use of DDA improves the tensile strength properties retention rate and the elongation at break properties retention rate of the compression rubber under the aging condition of100°C×24h.Meanwhile,the change rate of the100%modulus and the change in the hardness are not much different.The DDA/4020anti-aging system has the best synergy effect and the highest performance retention rate.The RD/4020anti-aging system has the best performance in100°C flex fatigue experiments.With the different aging time at100°C,the tanδchanges.In terms of dynamic heat-generating,the synergistic effect of RD/4020is slightly better than that of RD/DDA,and it is better than DDA/4020and RD/4020/DDA.
