摘　　要：目前重卡胎为代表的大规格轮胎广泛应用于港口货运车辆及大型工程车。以贵阳轮胎厂为代表的专门生产此类轮胎的轮胎厂卸胎及搬运胎坯均采用卸胎车,对于工程胎及重卡的胎坯,一般卸胎车为单台车,即一辆卸胎车只停放一个胎坯。卸胎后,操作者在卸胎车上对成型后的胎坯进行验胎检查及运输。本装置就是实现胎坯在卸胎车上进行自由旋转,从而便于操作者检验胎坯是否合格的功能。The large-scale tires currently represented by heavy truck tires are widely used in port cargo vehicles and large-scale construction vehicles.Large-scale tire factory unloading and carrying tires are all using tire remover.For the green tire of engineering tires and heavy trucks,the tire remover is generally a single tire remover,that is,one tire remover only remove one tire carcass.After unloading the tire,the operator checks and transports the tire carcass on the tire remover.The device is to realize the free rotation of the green tire on the tire remover,so as to facilitate the operator to inspect whether the green tire is qualified.
