摘  要:随着地下工程的规模和深度不断加大,预应力高强混凝土管桩在建筑工程中应用也越来越广泛。文章结合某地下室工程实例,从桩身、接点强度及桩侧抗拔力等方面,综合分析了预应力高强混凝土管桩(PHC管桩)作为抗拔桩的可行性及主要注意事项,并经现场抗拔试验验证确认了PHC管桩作为抗拔桩的可靠性。结果表明,在一定条件下,PHC管桩作为抗拔桩不但技术上可行,且具备良好的经济效益。The prestressed high strength concrete pipe piles are becoming more and more widely used in the construction engineering,with the increasing of the scale and depth of the underground engineerings.According to a basement project as an example,the feasibility and the main attention of the prestressed concrete pipe piles(PHC piles)as uplift piles are analysed comprehensivily from the pile,contact strength and pile pullout force and other aspects,the reliability of PHC pipe piles as anti pull-out piles is confirmed by the field resistance test.The results show that,PHC pipe pile is not only technically feasible,but also has good economic benefit under certain conditions.
