摘　　要：《福建省绿色建筑设计标准》DBJ13-197-2017是福建省绿色建筑领域第一本强制性标准。在分析福建省绿色建筑发展形势和该标准编制的背景的前提下,对该标准基本内容及框架、绿色建筑设计要求及方法、绿色建筑适宜技术及细化等方面进行了解读,帮助设计人员能够更好地理解标准原意,在严格执行该标准的同时,提高绿色建筑设计水平。Design Standard for Green Buildings in Fujian DBJ13-197-2017is the first mandatory standard for green buildings in Fujian.On the basis of analysis for the work situation and standard establishment in green buildings,this paper explains the basic components and frame of the standard,the design requirements and methods for green buildings,and the detail discussion for appropriate green building technology.Designers can have a better understanding of the original meaning of the standard and improve the green building design process,strictly enforcing the standard at the same time.
