骨料的特性对湿喷法喷射混凝土回弹率和抗压强度的影响

摘　　要：为了研究骨料的特性对湿喷法喷射混凝土回弹率和抗压强度的影响,选择不同最大粒径(10mm、12mm、15mm)、不同针片状含量(5%、8%、12%、15%)的粗骨料及不同石粉含量(5%、8%、10%、12%)的人工砂,配制强度等级分别为C25、C30、C35的湿喷法喷射混凝土并检测其回弹率和抗压强度,研究结果表明:粗骨料的最大粒径越大、针片状含量越高对湿喷法喷射混凝土的回弹率及抗压强度越不利,适量的石粉含量(不大于10%)可降低湿喷法喷射混凝土回弹率和提高1d及28d抗压强度,但石粉含量(大于10%)较大则对湿喷法喷射混凝土的回弹率及抗压强度不利。In order to study the effect of aggregate properties on the rebound rate and compressive strength of shotcrete sprayed by wet-jet method,some different aggregate sizes(5%,8%,10%12%,15%)of coarse aggregate and artificial sand with different content of stone powder(5%,8%,10%,12%)were prepared by wet shotcrete with C25,C30and C35strength grades.The results show that the larger the maximum particle size of coarse aggregate and the higher the needle-like content are,the less the rebound rate and compressive strength of wet shotcrete are.The appropriate amount of stone powder(less than10%)can reduce the wet spray shotcrete rebound rate and improve the1d and28d compressive strength,but the larger content of stone powder(greater than10%)has negative effect on rebound rate and compressive strength of the wet shotcrete sprayed.
