摘  要:分析研究民用航空气象资料《民用航空行业气象标准第2部分:预报》,提取预报各类型报文验证规则,建立基于规则验证的报文纠错概念模型,设计开发基于AFTN线路和基于IBM Websphere MQ线路双链路的发报系统,通过对远程数据库进行检索,确认报文入库,解决了报文验证不准确、发报链路单一、报文入库确认模糊的问题。实验结果表明:不同类型的报文验证规则不同,报文规则由报文各要素决定,报文验证规则决定发报系统的有效性。采用AFTN和IBM Web-sphere MQ双链路具有更高的可靠性,能够确保其中一条链路故障时,成功发送报文。In this research civil aviation weather data"civil aviation industry weather standards Part 2:forecast"is analysed,the various types of forecasting packet authentication rules are extracted,and a conceptual model of message error correction based on rule verification is established,a dual-link delivery system based on AFTN lines and IBM Websphere MQ line is designed and developed.By searching the remote database to confirm the message storage.It solves the problem that the message verification is not accurate,the report link is single,and the message storage is fuzzy.The experimental results show that the rules of different types of packets are different.The rules of the packets are determined by the elements of the message.The packet authentication rules determine the validity of the reporting system.The AFTN and IBM Websphere MQ dual links system have higher reliability and ensure that messages are successfully sent even if one of the links fails.
