摘  要:单通道可调谐光滤波器测试系统已经成为实际生产中不可或缺的一环。文章基于传统的单通道可调谐光滤波器测试系统,提出了一种基于可调谐激光光源的可调谐光滤波器插卡式测试系统。该测试系统包含光路部分、光功率计单盘部分、可调谐激光光源以及上位机处理程序四部分。论文针对单通道可调谐光滤波器测试系统进行了结构和工作原理的分析。电脑和光路之间采用了光功率计单盘的设计,大大降低了生产和维护成本,提高了测试效率。实验结果表明,该系统在功能上替代了单通道可调谐光滤波器测试系统中光谱仪的作用。Single-channel tunable optical filter testing system has become an indispensable part of the actual production.Based on the traditional single channel tunable optical filter testing system,Single deck for tunable optical filter test system based on tunable laser source is proposed in this paper.The testing system consists of four parts:optical path,optical power meter single deck,tunable laser light source and host computer processing program.In this paper,the structure and working principle of single-channel tunable optical filter testing system are analyzed.The optical power meter single deck is used between the computer and the optical circuit,which greatly reduces the cost of production and maintenance,and improves the efficiency of the test.The experimental results show that the system can replace the function of the spectrometer in the single channel tunable optical filter test system.
