摘  要:乙醇暴露可激活或抑制参与突触传递的功能蛋白,这些蛋白对乙醇的中枢作用至关重要。乙醇具有脂溶性和亲神经性,可迅速通过血脑屏障和神经细胞膜,引起下丘脑促肾上腺皮质激素释放因子(corticotropin-releasing factor,CRF)的释放。CRF对脑内不同区域的神经元有调节作用,改变其突触传递功能、影响机体的情绪和认知等功能。了解与乙醇作用相关的CRF在中脑腹侧被盖区、中央杏仁核、终纹床核所发挥的调节作用,对于研发治疗乙醇成瘾的药物至关重要。Exposure to ethanol activates or inhibits the functional proteins involved in synaptic transmission,these proteins play important roles in the neural actions of ethanol.Ethanol is lipo-soluble and neurotropic,which can rapidly pass through the blood brain barrier and nerve cell membrane to induce the release of corticotropin-releasing factor(CRF)in hypothalamus.CRF can regulate the neuron activity in different area of brain,change the synaptic transmission function,and also can affect the body's emotions and cognition.It is important to know the regulation mechanisms of CRF induced by ethanol in midbrain ventral tegmental area,central amygdale and bed nucleus of the stria terminalis,which could help to develop drugs for the treatment of alcohol addiction.
