摘 要:在对比了水基清洗剂和溶剂型清洗剂的特点后,选取了4种溶剂型清洗剂用于火箭部件的清洗。考察了它们对铝基体的腐蚀性、燃烧性、挥发性,以及后续漆膜的冲击强度、附着力和耐湿热性。其中SK-410B清洗剂可替代汽油用以去除火箭外表面的油污,减少汽油的使用量,降低了火箭涂装过程中易燃易爆的风险。Based on the comparison between the properties of water-and solvent-based cleaning agents,four types of solvent-based cleaning agents were selected for rocket parts.Their corrosiveness to aluminum substrate,combustibility,and volatility,as well as the impact resistance,adhesion strength and damp heat resistance of the subsequently painted coatings on the surfaces cleaned by using them individually were examined.SK-410B,one of the four cleaning agents,can be used as a substitute for gasoline to remove oils and greases on the surface of rocket,reducing the use of gasoline and the risk of combustion and explosion during the painting progress of rocket.
