摘 要:目的:研究二维斑点追踪技术(2D-STI)联合实时三维超声(RT-3DE)对主动脉瓣返流患者左心室功能进行评价。方法:选取本院2015年6月至2016年6月期间收治的35名主动脉瓣反流患者用二维斑点追踪技术联合实时三维超声心动图对患者的左心室功能进行评价;进行常规检测左心室的射血分数、容积;利用三维超声评价16节段时间-容积曲线,并获得收缩功能及非同步收缩参数。结果:左心室的Tmsv16-Dif、Tmsv16-SD、Tmsv16-Dif%、Tmsv16-SD%指标均升高,且与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组的GLS水平低于对照组,两组具有显著性差异(P<0.05);但两组GRS、GCS水平表达却无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:对于评价主动脉瓣反流患者左心室功能,二维斑点追踪技术(2D-STI)联合实时三维超声(RT-3DE)能准确、快速的判断左心室的收缩功能及心肌同步运动。Objective:To study the effect of2D-STI combined with real-time three-dimensional ultrasound(RT-3DE)on left ventricular function in patients with aortic regurgitation.Methods:Thirty-five patients with aortic regurgitation were enrolled in our hospital from June2015to June2016.The left ventricular function was evaluated by two-dimensional spot tracking technique combined with real-time three-dimensional echocardiography.And the systolic and non-synaptic parameters were obtained by three-dimensional ultrasonography.Results:Tmsv16-Dif,Tmsv16-SD,Tmsv16-Dif%and Tmsv16-SD%were significantly increased in the left ventricle and were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The GLS level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in GRS and GCS levels between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:2D-STI combined with real-time three-dimensional ultrasound(RT-3DE)can accurately and quickly determine left ventricular systolic function and myocardial synchronous exercise in evaluating left ventricular function in patients with aortic regurgitation.
