IBA和ABT-1对新疆杨硬枝扦插效果的影响

摘　　要：为了筛选能提高新疆杨盐碱地扦插效果的药剂,研究了不同浓度IBA和ABT-1对新疆杨硬枝扦插效果的影响,结果表明:新疆杨插穗经IBA和ABT-1生根粉浸泡后,可有效促进扦插苗生根,缩短了生根时间,提高了生根率,提高了扦插苗的苗、径生长量;相同浓度ABT-1总体效果好于IBA效果;200mg·L-1 ABT-1处理对新疆杨的扦插效果最好。In order to screen the agents that could improve the cutting effect of Populus alba var.pyramidalis on saline-alkali land,the influence of different concentrations of IBA&ABT-1on Populus alba var.pyramidalis were studied.Result shows that the cuttings of Populus alba var.pyramidalis after soaked with IBA and ABT-1rooting powder can effectively promote cuttage seedling rooting,shorten the rooting time,increase the rooting rate and increase the growth of seedling,diameter of cutting seedlings;the overall effect of ABT-1at the same concentrations is optimal than that of IBA;Populus alba var.pyramidalis treated with200mg·L-1ABT-1can obtain the optimal effect.
