摘　　要：目的:优选中药复方养阴生肌妇炎栓的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交实验法,以乙醇浓度、提取时间和料液比为因素,以提取物中龙胆苦苷的含量和浸膏得率为考察指标,根据L_9(3~4)正交表进行实验。结果:中药复方养阴生肌妇炎栓的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度80%,提取时间5.0小时,料液比为8:1。结论:乙醇浓度和提取时间对龙胆苦苷的含量和浸膏率影响较大;该工艺方法简单、实用,具有可操作性。Objective:To choose the optimal extraction process of YangYin ShengJi suppository.Methods:The experiment was performed according to L9(34)orthogonal list by using orthogonal experiment,taking ethanol concentration,extraction time and solid-liquid ratio as the factors,and the contents of gentiamarin and extraction ratio in the extractive as the indexes.Results:The optimal extraction process of YangYin ShengJi suppository was:ethanol concentration80%,extraction time5.0hours,solid-liquid ratio8:1.Conclusion:Ethanol concentration and extraction time present greater influence to the contents of gentiamarin and extraction ratio,the technique is simple,practical and operable.
