建立基本区域医疗一体化平台的必要性及效益分析

摘　　要：从必要性和效益分析2方面阐述了建设"区域卫生信息一体化平台",从而实现"以人为本"的区域卫生信息共享和业务协同,推动城乡基本医疗保障、基本医疗服务和基本公共卫生服务等体系建设,加强医药卫生管理科学化、卫生服务创新化,以不断提高全市居民健康水平,促进社会和谐,为群众提供更加安全、有效、方便、价廉的医疗服务。Building″regional health information integration platform″was elucidated from the necessity and the benefits to realize people-oriented regional health information share and business collaboration,promote system construction such as urban and rural basic medical security,basic medical service and basic public health services,and enhance medical and health care management scientific and health care innovation,continuously raise health level of the residents in the whole city and promote social harmony,in order to provide more safe,effective,convenient and inexpensive medical service for the public.
