维药西帕依固龈液治疗面部带状疱疹致口腔黏膜损害的疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察维药西帕依固龈液治疗面部带状疱疹致口腔黏膜损害的临床疗效。方法:将面部带状疱疹伴口腔黏膜损害患者50例采用随机数字表法分为对照组、治疗组各25例。2组均常规抗病毒、营养神经治疗,对照组在此基础上予生理盐水漱口,治疗组予维药西帕依固龈液漱口,治疗7天后比较2组患者口腔黏膜疼痛程度及水泡、糜烂、溃疡愈合时间及其评分变化情况。结果:有效率治疗组为88.0%,对照组为48.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组口腔黏膜疼痛、水泡、糜烂、溃疡愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后水泡、糜烂、溃疡的数目、大小及黏膜疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规抗病毒、营养神经治疗的基础上采用西帕依固龈液漱口在改善面部带状疱疹引起的口腔黏膜损害及加速溃疡愈合方面优于生理盐水漱口,且无明显不良反应。Objective:To observe clinical effects of uygur medicine XiPaYi GuYinYe in treating zonafacialis-induced oral mucous damage.Methods:Fifty patients were allocated to the control group and the treatment group according to random number table method,25cases each group.Both groups accepted antiviral theray and nerve-nourishing treatment as routine,the control group gargled with physiological saline,and the treatment group with uygur medicine XiPaYi GuYinYe,the degrees of oral mucous pain,healing time of bleb,erosion and ulcer and the scales changes of both groups were compared after treating for seven days.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was88.0%,higher than48.0%of the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05);the treatment group was shorter than the control group in the degrees of oral mucous pain,healing time of bleb,erosion and ulcer,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment group was lower than the control group in the amount and size of bleb,erosion and ulcer,and the scores of mucous pain,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the foundation of antiviral therapy and nerve-nourishing treatment,gargle with XiPaYi GuYinYe is superior to physiological saline in improving zona facialis-induced oral mucous damage and speeding up ulcer healing,and there is no obvious adverse reaction.
