纳米雄黄外用治疗癌性溃疡疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药纳米雄黄外用治疗癌性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将癌性溃疡患者50例随机分为2组各25例,对照组清洁换药后外涂甲硝唑和庆大霉素,同时外敷顺铂溶液,2次/d;研究组在对照组治疗的基础上加用纳米雄黄外用,2次/d。观察2组患者创面愈合率和新生肉芽及上皮组织生长情况。结果:研究组创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05),有效率较高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:纳米雄黄外用可提高癌性溃疡的治疗效果。Objective:To observe clinical effects of herbs realgar nanoparticles for external use in treatingcancerous ulcer.Methods:Fifty patients were randomized into two groups,25cases of the control group accepted the spreading of metronidazole and gentamicin after cleaning and changing the dressing,and cisplatin solution for external use,twice each day;25cases of the test group received realgar nanoparticles for external use on the foundation of the treatment the control group accepted,twice each day.Wound healing rate,the growth of new granulation and epithelial tissue in both groups were observed.Results:The test group was shorter than the control group in wound healing time(P<0.05),higher than the control group in the effective rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:Realgar nanoparticles for external use could raise therapeutic effects of cancerous ulcer.
