健胃消胀合剂治疗功能性消化不良的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:通过病例分析健胃消胀合剂治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:分析52例功能性消化不良患者的病例资料,其中治疗组应用健胃消胀合剂治疗32例,对照组采用枸橼酸莫沙比利胶囊治疗20例,治疗4周后随访3月,观察2组患者治疗前后临床疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为96.9%,对照组为80.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组患者治疗后临床症状评分较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在两胁胀满、上腹疼痛、餐后饱胀、早饱、嗳气、反酸、饮食减少、恶心呕吐症状评分方面,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在上腹烧灼感、抑郁或烦躁易怒的症状评分方面,2组患者疗效相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:健胃消胀合剂治疗功能性消化不良在疗效及改善主要临床症状方面优于枸橼酸莫沙比利胶囊。Objective:To analyze clinical effects of digestion-promoting distension-removing mixture in the treatment for functional dyspepsia(FD)by cases.Methods:Clinical data of52FD patients were retrospectively analyzed,among them,there were32cases treated by the mixture(the treatment group)and20cases by mosapride citrate capsules(the control group),and they were followed up for three months after treating for four weeks,clinical effects of the patients in both groups were observed before and after treating.Results:Total effective rate of thetreatmentgroup was96.9%,higher than80.00%of the control group,and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05).Clinical effects of the treatment group were better than these of the control group.The scales of clinical symptoms of the patients in both groups after treating reduced compared with before treating,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05);the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the scales of the symptoms such as distending pain in both hypochondria,epigastric pain,postprandial fullness,early satiety,belching,sour regurgitation,diet reduction,vomiting and nausea,and the difference presented statistical meaning(P<0.05);clinical effects of both groups were equivalent in improving the scales of the symptoms including epigastric burning,depression,being irritable,and the difference had no statistical meaning(P>0.05).Conclusion:Digestion-promoting distension-removing mixture is superior to mosapride citrate capsules in clinical effects and improving main clinical symptoms when they are used to treat FD.
