秦艽在关节炎抗炎镇痛治疗中的作用

摘　　要：对秦艽抗炎镇痛作用的研究进行综述,指出秦艽是临床最常用中药,具有祛风湿,止痹痛,退虚热的功效;常用于风湿痹痛,骨节酸痛,筋骨拘挛,日晡潮热,小儿疳积,湿热黄疸,中风半身不遂,骨蒸潮热等的治疗;秦艽主要含生物碱、裂环烯醚萜苷、甾醇苷、挥发油、糖类、微量元素等成分,具有抗菌、抗病毒、调节免疫、抗氧化、保肝、改善胃肠功能、抗肿瘤、抗炎镇痛等药理作用,其抗炎镇痛治疗关节炎的作用尤为显著。The studies about anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of QinJiao(large-leaved gentian)were reviewed,it was pointed out that QinJiao was the commonly-used herb in clinic,and possessed the actions of eliminating wind-damp,stopping arthralgia and abating deficiency-heat,which mainly used to treat rheumatic arthralgia,joint pain,tendon and pain spasm,afternoon tidal fever,infantile malnutrition,jaundice with damp-heat pathogen,stroke,hemiplegia,osteopyrexia and fever and others;QinJiao mainly included alkaloid,secoiridoid glycoside,steroline,volatile oil,glucide,trace elements and other ingredients,and it ownes the pharmacological actions of antibiosis,antivirus,regulating immunity,antioxidation,protecting liver,improving gastrointestinal function,anti-tumor,anti-inflammation and analgesia,especially anti-inflammatory analgesic effects of treating arthritis is the most prominent.
