多层螺旋CT平扫联合尿路重建诊断急性肾绞痛的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨急性肾绞痛患者实施多层螺旋CT平扫联合尿路重建的临床诊断价值。方法取2008年9月~2016年9月间本院收治的130例急性肾绞痛患者进行研究,按患者诊断方式分为常规组(n=65)和CT组(n=65),对所有常规组患者实施X线平片联合静脉尿路造影,对所有CT组患者实施多层螺旋CT平扫联合尿路重建,统计分析两组患者的诊断效果。结果 CT组诊断输尿管结石、肾盂结石诊断准确率及总准确率与常规组相比明显较高,CT组患者肾绞痛缓解时间、住院时间与常规组相比明显较低,P<0.05。CT组患者住院费用与常规组相比无明显差异,P<0.05。结论急性肾绞痛患者实施多层螺旋CT平扫联合尿路重建诊断效果显著。Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis value of multi-slice helical CT plain scan combined with urinary tract reconstruction in patients with acute renal colic.Methods A total of130patients with acute renal colic were studied from September2008to September2016.The patients were divided into routine group(n=65)and CT group(n=65)according to the diagnosis of patients.All patients in the routine group underwent X-ray and intravenous urography.All patients in the CT group underwent multi-slice helical CT plain scan combined with urinary tract reconstruction,and the diagnosis results of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The diagnostic accuracy and total accuracy of CT group in ureteral calculi and renal pelvis stones were significantly higher than those in the routine group.The remission time and length of stay of renal colic in the CT group were significantly lower than those in theroutine group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in hospitalization expenses between group CT and routine group,P>0.05.Conclusion The diagnosis effect of acute renal colic with multi-slice helical CT plain scan combined with urinary tract reconstruction is effective.
