亚甲蓝在观察双腔胸腔闭式引流瓶水柱波动中的应用与分析

摘　　要：目的观察分析亚甲蓝在观察双腔胸腔闭式引流瓶水柱波动中的应用效果。方法观察组双腔胸瓶水封瓶中加入含亚甲蓝的生理盐水,对照组双腔胸瓶水封瓶中按常规加入生理盐水,分组观察引流管异常发现的时间及例数,并进行统计分析。结果观察组早期发现胸腔引流波动异常13例,对照组早期发现异常10例;观察组及时处理后均恢复正常,对照组3例发现较晚出现肺不张、胸腔积液和呼吸困难。两组经统计学处理差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论在双腔胸瓶水封瓶中加入含亚甲蓝的生理盐水,使水柱的波动更容易观察,可早期发现引流管异常,并及时处理,减少并发症,提高了工作效率。Objective To observe and analyze the effect of methylene blue in observing the fluctuation of water column in double chest bottle.Methods The methylene blue physiological saline was added double lumen chest bottle in the conservation group,In the control group,normal saline was added to the double cavity chest bottle and water bottle.The time and number of abnormal drainage tube were observed by grouping,and statistical analysis was carried out.Results In the observation group,early detection of abnormal fluctuations of thoracic drainage was13cases,10cases of abnormal early after timely treatment.The observation group were normal,3cases of control group were found later appeared atelectasis,pleural effusion and dyspnea.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Containing methylene blue saline in double cavity chest bottle make the water column fluctuates more easily observed,and the early detection of drainage tube anomalies,and timely treatment and the complications reduction improve work efficiency.
