摘 要:基于大修列车液压行走驱动系统的工作原理,对马达串联静液压驱动车辆在大负载工况下打滑原因进行分析,指出马达泄漏是车轮打滑的主因;针对驱动系统的打滑问题,提出补油回路分别用减压阀、电比例阀和三通流量控制阀的3种旁路补油方案;通过对3种方案进行数学建模和特性分析,完成基于AMESim的系统建模和仿真分析。研究结果表明:列车稳态运转时,3种补油方案均可以补充系统泄漏,改善车轮打滑情况;但是,在启动阶段,采用三通流量控制阀补油时驱动系统的同步性以及对载荷的均衡情况大大改善。Based on the principle of the track renewal train's driving system,the causes for slipping of the hydrostatic driving vehicles with series connection motors in condition of heavy load were studied.It is found that the main cause for wheel-slipping is oil leakage in the motors.In view of the problem of slipping,three methods of bypass oil-compensating were proposed,i.e.,the use of pressure-reduce valve,electric proportional valve and 3-way-flow-control valve in the bypass oil-compensating circuit.Through the establishment of a mathematical model and analyzing characteristics of the three schemes,the system modeling and simulation based on AMESim was accomplished.The simulation results show that when the train works in a steady condition,three kinds of oil-compensating programs can supplement system leakage and then improve wheel-slipping.However,during the start-up stage,the synchronization and load-equilibrium of the driving system can improve greatly when using the 3-way-flow-control valve in the oil-compensating circuit.
