摘  要:目的建立木立芦荟粉液相指纹图谱分析方法,为评价其质量提供依据。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Thermo C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);以甲醇-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为300 nm,进样量10μL。根据相似度评价,结合化学计量学方法对木立芦荟粉进行质量评价。结果建立了19批木立芦荟粉的HPLC指纹图谱,标定了19个共有峰,并指认了4个成分;19批样品相似度均在0.9以上。通过主成分分析及正交偏最小二乘法判别分析,19批样品根据产地不同聚成3类。结论木立芦荟粉的HPLC指纹图谱的构建和化学模式的识别为木立芦荟的质量控制提供更全面的参考。Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Aloe arborescens Mill powder to provide reference for its effective quality control.Methods The fingerprint of Aloe arborescens Mill powder was developed by HPLC.The separation was carried out on a Thermo C18column(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)with the mobile phase consisting of methanol and water at1.0mL/min.The detection wavelength was300nm and the sample volume was10μL.According to the similarity evaluation,the chemometrics method was used to evaluate the quality of Aloe arborescens Mill powder.Results Fingerprints of19batches of Aloe arborescens Mill powder were established with19common peaks,and four of them were identified.The similarity of19batches of samples were over0.9.The samples were classified into three groups by hierarchical cluster analysis combined with principal component analysis(PCA)and orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA).Conclusion The establishment of HPLC fingerprint of Aloe arborescens Mill powder and the application of chemical pattern recognition could provide a more comprehensive reference for quality control.
