青梅复方口服液镇咳祛痰药效学研究

摘　　要：目的:观察青梅复方口服液镇咳、祛痰的作用。方法:采用氨水引咳法、小鼠酚红排泌法建立小鼠咳嗽、致痰模型,观察青梅复方口服液高、中、低剂量给药的镇咳祛痰作用。结果:青梅复方口服液能明显减少小鼠2 min内咳嗽次数(P﹤0.05或P﹤0.01),延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期(P﹤0.05),促进酚红分泌(P<0.05)。结论:青梅复方口服液具有镇咳祛痰作用。Objective To observe the antitussive and expectorant effect of olive and plum compound oral liquid.Method The cough and phlegm model was established by using the method of ammonia water cough and mouse phenol red excretion,and the antitussive and expectorant effects of high,medium and low doses of olive and plum compound oral liquid were observed.Result Olive and plum compound oral liquid can significantly reduce the number of coughs in mice within 2 min(P﹤0.05 or P﹤0.01),prolong the latent period of cough in mice(P<0.05)and promote the secretion of phenol red(P<0.05).Conclusion Olive and plum compound oral liquid with antitussive and expectorant effect.
