摘　　要：冰片为芳香开窍药"凉开"之代表药,目前天然冰片(borneolum)、合成冰片(borneolum syntheticum)、艾片(L-borneolum)三种冰片均可作为临床冰片使用。对上述三种冰片的化学成分、提取鉴别、药理活性等进行综述,为临床合理选择的科学性提供一定参考。Borneol is an aromatic resuscitation medicine"cool open"of the representative medicine,At present,borneolum,borneolum syntheticum and L-borneolum can all be used as clinical borneol.The above three kinds of borneol chemical composition,extraction and identification,pharmacological activity were reviewed for the clinical reasonable choice to provide some scientific reference.
